How we work

These hold on every tool. The Trust Center has the detail.

  • The price comes first

    Every run shows its price in credits before you start. If a run fails, the credits come back automatically, unless an AI provider’s own safety system refused the request and charged for it.

  • One credit balance

    Every tool draws on the same balance, and a tool costs the same number of credits on every plan.

  • Your brand, set up once

    Your logo, colours, fonts and tone live in the Brand Vault, and every tool uses them.

  • AI work is labelled

    Realistic images and videos carry a visible “AI-generated” label, and files carry Content Credentials where the format allows. Anyone can check a file for free.

  • Real faces and voices need consent

    Using a real person’s face or voice needs their consent, and impersonating public figures isn’t allowed. How we check

  • Your work stays yours

    We never sell your data, and we don’t use your content to train AI models unless you choose to train a custom model. Some AI providers’ own terms let them train on what they receive; where a provider lets us switch that off, we do. Privacy & data

Pleosa is a trade name of Sarthak Daruka, an individual carrying on business in India as a sole proprietor, in Asansol, West Bengal.

The name

Pleosa is said PLEE-oh-sah.

Pleosa was called QikTools until 20 October 2026. The product, accounts and credits carried over; qiktools.com now leads here.

Official channels

www.pleosa.com is our only website. Pages, apps or messages using our name anywhere else — other than the checkout and sign-in pages we send you to from our site — aren’t ours and may be fraudulent. We’ll never ask for your password or card details by email, chat or phone.
